Role Description The PLC SCADA Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi. The role involves designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC and SCADA systems for industrial and utility projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing HMI screens, configuring communication networks, integrating field instruments, and ensuring reliable control and monitoring of electrical and process systems.

The engineer will diagnose and resolve system faults, perform preventive maintenance, and support upgrades and modifications to existing installations. The role also includes preparing technical documentation,



collaborating with project and site teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems, with the ability to apply core concepts to industrial automation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems, including configuration, integration, and visualization of process data.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, configuration, and troubleshooting, with familiarity across major industrial platforms.
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing control system, communication, and electrical issues in the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols, control panel design, and basic networking for automation systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specifications, and produce clear documentation and reports.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work safely and effectively in on-site environments.
