Role Description This is a full-time, in office Plastic Surgeon role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Plastic

Surgeon will perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures, including pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, and post-operative follow-up. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with anesthesiologists and other specialists. The role involves performing surgeries in the operating theater, managing microsurgical cases as needed, overseeing wound care, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.

The Plastic

Surgeon will also participate in case discussions,



contribute to clinical documentation, and support continuous improvement in surgical outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical expertise in Plastic Surgery and Surgery, with demonstrated competence in operative and peri-operative care.
- Specialized skills in Cosmetic Surgery, with the ability to plan and perform aesthetic procedures aligned with patient needs and safety guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsurgery and related techniques for complex reconstructive cases.
- Solid foundation in Medicine, including thorough patient assessment, management of comorbidities, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery (MCh / DNB or equivalent), with valid medical registration.
- Experience working in a multi-speciality hospital or trauma care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, ability to counsel patients and families, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, continuous learning, and adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
