About Our Client:

What you'll do:

- Convert demand into a practical production plan
- Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials
- Coordinate production planning with Production and Sales
- Manage raw-material, packaging and finished-goods inventory
- Maintain cold-store discipline and temperature controls




- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, traceability and inventory accuracy
- Manage dispatch planning, loading and documentation
- Control ageing, damage, expiry and stock losses
- Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate logistics and customer-order priorities

We're looking for someone who:

- Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or MBA qualification
- Approximately 10–15 years in plant supply chain
- Experience in production planning, warehouse and dispatch
- Cold-chain or frozen-food experience strongly preferred
- Robust knowledge of ERP, inventory controls and S&OP;
- Strong coordination and analytical skills
