Role Description The Plant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gajraula, responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant performance. This role includes planning and managing daily production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Plant

Manager will analyze operational data, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets. Additional responsibilities include managing plant resources, leading and mentoring staff,



troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting strategic decisions related to capacity, maintenance, and workflow.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations, with the ability to oversee end-to-end plant activities.
- Strong Operations Management skills, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Production Planning to align capacity, schedules, and materials with demand and organizational goals.
- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations, including compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience leading teams, coaching staff, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ability to interpret technical and operational reports, use data for decision-making, and implement process improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or similar operational excellence methodologies is beneficial.
- Capacity to work on-site full-time in Gajraula and manage day-to-day plant responsibilities independently.
