Role Description The Plant Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the SKH Group manufacturing facility in Sriperumbudur. This role oversees plant-level financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

The Plant Finance

Manager monitors production costs, evaluates profitability by product and customer, and supports decision-making related to pricing, capital investments, and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include managing the finance team at the plant, coordinating with operations and supply chain for data integrity,



ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and preparing regular MIS and performance reports. The role also contributes to audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of financial processes and systems within the plant.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in plant finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Experience with SAP S4 and manufacturing finance systems, and strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance with relevant financial and regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to partner with operations, production, and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent; prior experience in automotive or manufacturing plants is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced plant environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience

- 10-12 years expeience in finance and accounting preferrebly in manufacturing / Automotive / General Engineering
- Min 2-3 years experience as HOD role among total years of experience.
