PROTEC is seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager for Mechanical Maintenance to lead our manufacturing facility's reliability initiatives. In this senior role, you will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum equipment availability and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing maintenance team, managing budgets, and overseeing preventive, predictive, and breakdown activities.
The position requires a focus on reducing MTTR and improving MTBF through continuous improvement and reliability best practices. You will also coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure smooth plant operations while maintaining strict safety and statutory compliance.B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university 15 to 20 years of experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry Proven expertise in managing HT equipment, utilities, and plant machinery Strict adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations Ability to work from the Chhapra, Rajkot facility
