Role Description The Planning & Billing Engineer will manage project planning and billing activities for geosynthetic and construction projects, ensuring accurate quantity estimation, cost control, and timely invoicing. This full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode involves preparing and verifying BOQs, conducting rate analysis, coordinating with project teams and vendors,



and maintaining up-to-date billing records. The engineer will support project scheduling, monitor material consumption, reconcile quantities, and assist in budget tracking and reporting.

Daily work includes collaborating with site engineers, procurement, and accounts to ensure transparent documentation and alignment with contractual terms. The role also requires adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards while optimizing resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying for civil and geotechnical projects.
- Hands-on experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis for construction and geosynthetics works.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting drawings, contracts, and site data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; geotechnical or infrastructure experience is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant planning/billing software; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and commitment to ethical and accurate documentation
