- The role requires robust coordination, documentation, and communication skills to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing assistance in organizing and carrying out placement related activities.
- Maintain the database with respect to all companies and profile of concerned students for campus recruitment process.
- Assist in retaining and updating the Placement Records.
- Liaise with student coordinators.
- Assist in preparation of Placement Brochure by collecting all the necessary input from other campuses and as directed by his superiors.
- Liaise with Company HR personnel to carry out the activities like fixing up appointments, travel plans of company executives, arrangement of accommodation and transport facilities etc.
