Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide hands-on, evidence-based physiotherapy to patients across orthopedic, neurological, sports, geriatric, and pediatric cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs, while collaborating with other team members to ensure coordinated care.

Documentation of assessments,



treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards is required. This is a part-time, in office role based at Zen Physio in Nashik.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent) and valid registration with relevant professional or regulatory bodies.
- Clinical skills in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, geriatric, and pediatric conditions.
- Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation program design.
- Ability to integrate evidence-based practice with holistic, patient-centered care, including pain management and posture/ergonomic guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and educate patients and families.
- Good documentation, time management, and organizational abilities in a busy clinical setting.
- Comfort working with advanced physiotherapy equipment and openness to learning Pilates-based and other specialized techniques.
- Prior experience in an outpatient physiotherapy or rehabilitation clinic is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated early-career professionals.
