The center specializes in neuro, orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy, stroke and paralysis rehabilitation, pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation, pain management, and medical fitness. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Rajkot at Rays of Hope Physiotherapy, Robotic Rehabilitation & Wellness Center. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across neuro, orthopaedic, sports, pediatric, and geriatric cases. The role involves working with advanced rehabilitation robots and conventional physiotherapy equipment, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating clinical documentation,



collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and supporting pain management and wellness initiatives. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, patient experience, and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

- Formal qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy or equivalent) and valid registration with relevant professional or regulatory bodies.
- Clinical skills in neuro, orthopaedic, and sports physiotherapy, with experience in stroke, paralysis, pediatric, and geriatric rehabilitation considered an advantage.
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance and gait training, and functional rehabilitation.
- Comfort working with rehabilitation technologies, including robotic rehabilitation systems and standard physiotherapy equipment; openness to learning recent tools and protocols.
- Strong assessment, observation, and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to track outcomes and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients, collaborate with healthcare teams, and provide clear instructions to caregivers.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to ethical, safety, and quality standards in patient care.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage a structured full-time schedule, and contribute positively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
