As part of the Atmantan team, physiotherapists work in a serene setting dedicated to helping guests achieve sustainable health and lifestyle transformations.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Atmantan Wellness Centre in Mulshi. The Physiotherapist will assess guests’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions aimed at pain management, mobility improvement, and rehabilitation. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, guiding therapeutic exercises, using appropriate physiotherapy modalities, and maintaining accurate treatment records.

The role also involves collaborating with wellness consultants, fitness trainers, and medical staff to create integrated care plans, educating guests on posture, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications,



and ensuring high standards of safety and guest experience throughout all treatments.

Qualifications

- Formal qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) and valid registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or rehabilitation physiotherapy, with strong skills in physical assessment and treatment planning.
- Proficiency in delivering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and using physiotherapy equipment and modalities safely.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate guests, and to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary wellness teams.
- Ability to maintain detailed clinical documentation, manage schedules efficiently, and adhere to skilled and ethical standards of care.
- Comfort working in a hospitality-oriented wellness environment, with a guest-centric mindset and commitment to holistic health and wellness.
- Prior experience in a wellness centre, spa, hospital, or clinic setting is an advantage; knowledge of lifestyle medicine or holistic wellness is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mulshi, with flexibility for weekends or shifts as required by guest program schedules.
