Title: Physical Wellness Coach

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Summary:

This job entails, conducting sessions on physical wellness for the employees, this includes conducting group sessions, individual sessions and floor walks. Group sessions can entail activities such as yoga, functional fitness exercises, stretching techniques or desk exercise. Individual session may include, one-on-one coaching tailored to employees' specific fitness goals, health concerns, or stress relief through exercise.

Floor walks entail engaging with employees at their workstations, offering quick advice on improving physical habits during work hours.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge and experience on Fitness and nutrition
- Passion for Physical wellness
- Physical Training Techniques (Yoga, Zumba, etc)
- Current Fitness Trends
- Designing Exercise Programs
- Knowledge of Physiology and Exercise Physiology
- Record Keeping
- Safety Techniques
- The Principles of Nutrition

Responsibilities:

- Create and manage a training calendar.
- Content Creation
- Demonstrate passion for physical wellness.




- Training groups of employees.
- Instil confidence and motivate employees for physical wellness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS), M.Sc. in Yoga, or M.Sc. in Physiotherapy.

A minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor.
