Physician Associate – R&D; Team
Qualification & Experience
- BSc/MSc in Physician Associate Studies or equivalent allied medical qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical or screening-related experience
- Exposure to pediatrics, preventive health screening, community medicine, or school health programs preferred
Role Objective To support the development of scientifically accurate physical health screening mechanisms by contributing clinical symptomology knowledge, health-risk indicators, and interpretation logic for non-invasive screening systems.
Key Responsibilities
Health Screening Development
- Assist in designing non-invasive screening workflows related to:
Nutritional deficiencies
Growth abnormalities
Sleep-related concerns
Lifestyle risk indicators
Respiratory concerns
Vision/hearing indicators
Motor coordination concerns
Physical fatigue markers
Postural abnormalities
- Identify observable symptom patterns and functional indicators relevant for screening
Clinical Logic & Interpretation
- Map symptom clusters to possible health-risk categories without diagnostic labeling
- Help create screening interpretation frameworks based on:
Clinical observations Symptom associations
Functional limitations Developmental indicators
- Support development of escalation protocols and referral recommendation logic
Pediatric & Adolescent Health Support
- Contribute age-specific understanding of:
Growth and developmental milestones Pubertal transitions
School-related health concerns Sedentary behavior impacts Physical activity patterns
- Assist in identifying red-flag indicators requiring clinical referral
Required Technical & Clinical Skills
- Robust understanding of:
Human anatomy and physiology
Pediatric symptomology
Preventive healthcare
Vital health indicators
Child developmental milestones
- Ability to correlate:
Symptoms
Behavioral indicators
Functional complaints
Environmental factors
- Understanding of:
Screening vs diagnosis boundaries
Medical ethics in digital health
Risk stratification systems
Required Functional Skills
- Ability to interpret clinical patterns from limited-input screening systems
- Experience documenting clinical observations systematically
- Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary R&D; teams
- Strong observational and analytical reasoning skills
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience in school health programs
- Exposure to digital health platforms or HealthTech products
- Familiarity with wearable/sensor-based health indicators
