About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled PHP / Laravel Backend Developer to join our technology team and build, maintain, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, REST APIs, authentication, queues, database optimization, and third-party API integrations. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and operations teams to develop reliable and high-performance applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP 8.x and Laravel 8/12.
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable backend architecture.
- Develop RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Implement authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Work extensively with Laravel Eloquent ORM and relationships.
- Implement background jobs and asynchronous processing using Laravel Queues.
- Develop business logic, validations, workflows, and backend services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues.

Database Management
- Design and maintain MySQL databases.
- Create and manage Laravel migrations, seeders, and database structures.
- Work with complex Eloquent relationships.
- Write optimized SQL and Eloquent queries.
- Identify and resolve database performance issues.
- Optimize queries, indexes, joins, and database operations for large datasets.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across applications.

API & Third-Party Integrations
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems.
- Work with third-party platforms such as:
- Zoho
- WhatsApp APIs
- Payment/API services
- CRM and marketing automation platforms




- Handle API authentication, webhooks, request/response processing, retries, and error handling.
- Build reliable integration workflows between different systems.

Frontend Support
- Work with frontend technologies such as:
- Blade
- Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap
- Vite
- jQuery
- DataTables
- Develop and maintain admin panels and internal dashboards.
- Integrate frontend interfaces with Laravel backend APIs.
- Implement server-side DataTables and dynamic data handling where required.

Deployment & Hosting
- Deploy and maintain Laravel applications on hosting/server environments.
- Basic experience with Hostinger and AWS S3.
- Manage application configuration, environment variables, storage, and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot server-level issues.
- Handle file storage and media management using AWS S3 where required.
