Role Description This full-time remote role focuses on providing expert guidance in phonics and public speaking to younger children, working professionals, and domestic learners. The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online lessons that build foundational literacy skills, clear pronunciation, and confident speaking abilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lesson content, conducting interactive sessions, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.

The role also involves creating digital learning materials,



collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, and maintaining regular communication with learners and guardians or stakeholders. The professional will ensure inclusive, supportive learning experiences that promote confidence, clarity, and effective communication in both educational and professional settings.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, early literacy development, and spoken English for varied age groups.
- Experience in public speaking coaching, presentation skills training, and communication skills development.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and creation of digital learning content.
- Excellent instructional design, lesson planning, and learner assessment skills.
- Clear, fluent English communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in simple, engaging ways.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple learner groups.
- Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience with children and/or working professionals is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in phonics or public speaking are an advantage.
