Role Description

Keddy Edtech is looking for a Cambridge Physics Teacher to deliver engaging and interactive online Physics lessons to IGCSE and A-Level students.

The teacher will be responsible for explaining core and advanced Physics concepts aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum, preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting live online classes, assigning and reviewing homework, and providing constructive feedback to support student progress.

The role requires adapting teaching methods to different learning styles, using digital tools and demonstrations to make concepts easier to understand, and helping students build strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and exam readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality online Physics lessons for IGCSE and A-Level students.
- Teach Physics concepts according to Cambridge curriculum standards.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, learning activities, and teaching materials.
- Conduct interactive and engaging live classes.
- Explain numerical and mathematical concepts relevant to Physics.
- Assign, review, and provide feedback on homework and assessments.
- Identify students' learning gaps and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.




- Support students with exam preparation, past papers, problem-solving, and subject mastery.
- Track student performance and provide regular academic feedback.
- Use digital whiteboards, simulations, demonstrations, and other educational technology tools effectively.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching resources and learning outcomes.
- Participate in periodic training and curriculum discussions when required.

Qualications & requirements

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics.
- Good understanding of the Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level Physics curriculum.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Education, or a closely related field.
- Previous experience teaching IGCSE and/or A-Level Physics is highly preferred.
- Strong lesson-planning and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient and learner-centered approach.
- Experience with online or classroom teaching.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms, digital whiteboards, and educational technology tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a versatile part-time schedule.

Technical Requirements - Mandatory To conduct effective online classes, candidates must have:

- A quiet and professional environment suitable for conducting online classes.
