What we’re looking for:

✅ Solid experience recruiting for US Pharma/Healthcare requirements

✅ Excellent understanding of the US staffing market

✅ Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, submissions & follow-ups

✅ Experience working with VMS/MSP and direct client requirements is a plus

✅ Strong knowledge of US work authorizations and recruiting processes

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to work independently and meet submission/closure targets
