About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital/Performance Marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and growth through data-driven digital campaigns.

The role will involve owning performance marketing initiatives across major digital platforms, working closely with internal teams, hotels, and agency partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360 and other digital platforms.
- Drive campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, customer acquisition and business growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and optimize for ROAS and conversions.
- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and milestones.
- Manage and efficiently allocate significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, hotels and agency partners to execute effective campaigns.
- Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest performance marketing, digital media and marketplace advertising trends.





What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience across PPC, Paid Social and Display advertising.
- Mandatory experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and DV360.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in digital media buying, media planning and media optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Landing Page Optimization (LPO).
- Strong data analysis and data-driven marketing capabilities.
- Excellent hands-on Excel skills.
- Programmatic advertising experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management, communication and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
