We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Intern, focusing specifically on Meta and Google advertising platforms. Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation, deployment, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.




- Support the development of creative assets and copy variations to test different messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to compile performance reports and present actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices within the digital advertising landscape.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest and basic understanding of paid social media advertising and search engine marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
