- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to identify high-performing variations.
- Compile and present regular performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.




- Collaborate with senior marketing specialists to align ad strategies with broader business objectives and client goals.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 0-1 year of skilled experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a relevant internship.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager interfaces; basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
