We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in running and scaling digital acquisition campaigns for a D2C business.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to optimize campaigns for revenue, CAC, ROAS and customer acquisition. Experience in D2C is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid channels.
- Own key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, CVR and revenue.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets for profitable growth.
- Analyze the customer funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copies and landing pages.
- Work with creative,



content and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
- Track performance and share actionable insights through regular reports.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce is a must.
- Experience in nutraceutical, health & wellness or FMCG is a plus.
- Robust analytical skills and understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV and conversion funnels.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and GA4.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization.
