Role DescriptionThe Performance Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across paid search, social media, marketplaces and display. The role involves managing budgets, tracking performance, A/B testing, refining targeting and creatives, and identifying new growth opportunities. The manager will work closely with brand, content and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across the website and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities also include managing agencies/vendors and providing regular performance reports, insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, lead generation and conversion.
- Manage end-to-end media planning and buying,



including budgets, campaign setup, optimization and performance tracking.
- Drive performance through audience segmentation, high-intent targeting, keyword research, funnel optimization and A/B testing.
- Track key metrics and deliver weekly, monthly and annual reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CAC, ROAS, conversion quality and overall media efficiency.
- Develop data-driven media strategies, competitor analysis and actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, sales, product, compliance and marketing teams for seamless execution.
- Manage client communication, reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and onboard relevant publishers and media partners to expand digital inventory and opportunities.
- Align campaigns with business objectives while ensuring effective budget and performance management.
