Role Summary

Owns Bitdelta's performance marketing function end-to-end — strategy, budget, and execution across paid channels — to drive productive user acquisition and trading volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the performance marketing strategy, budget, and P&L; across paid search, social, programmatic, and app channels
- Build and lead a performance marketing team, including the Perf Executive
- Define acquisition targets such as CAC,



LTV, and ROAS, and own delivery against them
- Partner with Analytics to build attribution and measurement frameworks
- Run continuous testing across creatives, channels, and audiences to improve efficiency
- Manage relationships with media agencies and platforms such as Google and Meta
- Report performance marketing results and learnings to the Chief Growth Officer

What You'll Need

- 5-10 years in performance marketing/growth with P&L; ownership, ideally in fintech, crypto, or app-based consumer businesses
- Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with attribution, cohort, and LTV/CAC analysis
- Proven team leadership and budget management experience

Good to Have

- Experience marketing regulated or high-CPC categories such as fintech, crypto, gaming, or trading
- Experience with mobile app growth and MMP tools such as AppsFlyer or Branch
