About the Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketer to run paid acquisition across two connected brands: lead generation for our interior design studio, and online sales for our sister home decor brand. You'll own ads across Meta and Google and performance will assessed on CPL and lead quality for the studio, and ROAS and store visits for the decor brand.

What You'll Do

- Plan and run campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, YouTube) for both brands
- Interior design studio: build full-funnel lead-gen campaigns, optimize CPL and lead quality, work with sales on conversion feedback
- Home decor brand: build Shopping/catalog campaigns to drive online sales, manage product feeds, optimize ROAS and AOV and store visit campaigns to increase footfall
- Set up and maintain tracking — Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4, and CRM/e-commerce platform integrations
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Brief creative team on ad assets for both brands




- Report weekly/monthly on spend, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline/revenue contribution per brand

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years managing performance/lead-gen campaigns
- Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Shopping/catalog campaigns
- Experience running both lead-gen and e-commerce campaigns is a solid plus
- Solid understanding of tracking/attribution (Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4)
- Comfortable with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
- Data-driven, comfortable building CPL/ROAS trackers in Sheets/Excel
- Bonus: experience in real estate, interiors, home decor, or D2C

What Success Looks Like

- Improving Cost Per Qualified Lead and lead-to-consultation conversion for the studio
- Strong, sustainable ROAS and AOV for the decor brand
- Smart budget allocation across both brands, no overspend, no idle budget
- Clear, honest reporting that flags issues early
