GrowVia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on a full time basis.

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Work across Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, Lead Generation, and other relevant campaign types
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
- Audit existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Develop performance-driven strategies based on client objectives and budgets
- Prepare campaign reports and communicate insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with changes across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads




- Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Experience with international clients is preferred
- Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, D2C, SaaS, or local businesses
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
- Good communication skills and attention to detail

Experience working with US, UK, Canada, or Australia-based clients will be an advantage.
