Role Overview: Kofuku is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
- Work closely with the internal Creative team, Content team & External Agency partners to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Track budgets,
analyse campaign data, and prepare performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition and overall marketing ROI.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience with other advertising platforms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, audience targeting, and optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Robust business communication skills is a must have.
