We’re looking for a highly analytical, creative and growth-driven performance marketer who understands that great performance comes from the combination of media, creative, customer psychology and data.

This is not an ad-operations role.

You’ll own the growth of Dr. Veda’s Meta & Google Ads, while working closely with the creative team to develop winning concepts, hooks, scripts and creatives that drive profitable customer acquisition.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end Meta & Google Ads strategy, execution, optimization and scaling
- Significant monthly ad budgets with ownership of Revenue, CAC, NCAC, ROAS & MER
- Full-funnel campaigns across Prospecting, Retargeting, DPA, Search, PMax & YouTube
- Identifying winning products, audiences, offers and creative angles
- Building a continuous pipeline of creative tests and experiments
- Analyzing creative performance across Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC & ROAS
- Developing creative strategy, hooks, messaging, angles and USPs based on performance data
- Writing and refining high-converting video ad scripts for UGC, Reels and other short-form formats
- Working closely with creators, designers and editors to turn insights into performance creatives
- Using customer reviews, feedback, competitors and market trends to discover new creative opportunities
- Diagnosing performance drops caused by creative fatigue,



audience saturation, offer or funnel issues
- Making clear decisions on what to scale, stop, reduce or test next

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Mandatory: Prior D2C experience
- Experience managing significant ad budgets; ₹1 Cr+ monthly spend is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of CAC, NCAC, ROAS, MER, AOV & profitability
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of performance creative and direct-response advertising
- Ability to write or develop high-converting ad scripts and hooks
- Strong analytical ability combined with excellent creative instincts
