About the Role

Get Me Rank is looking for a performance creative strategist who can combine consumer understanding, creative thinking, and performance data to develop advertising campaigns that drive measurable results.

You will create campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, hooks, scripts, UGC concepts, and detailed briefs for designers and video editors. You will also analyze ad performance and recommend creative iterations based on data.

Important: This is a strategy-first position—not a pure on-camera UGC creator, graphic designer, or video editor role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative strategies aligned with client objectives and marketing funnels.
- Research audiences, customer pain points, competitors, trends, and winning advertisements.
- Build customer personas, awareness-stage messaging, and funnel-specific creative frameworks.
- Create hooks, angles, offers, scripts, CTAs, and concepts for static ads, videos, reels, carousels, and UGC.
- Write clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, AI creators, and UGC creators.
- Analyze Meta and Google Ads creatives using CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumb-Stop Ratio, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion data.
- Identify winning creatives, creative fatigue, and opportunities for new iterations.
- Coordinate with performance marketers, designers, editors, and account teams.
- Present creative strategies and campaign recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain creative documentation and meet agreed turnaround times.

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social content, or direct-response advertising.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads creatives, marketing funnels, and customer-awareness stages.




- Experience developing concepts and scripts for UGC and short-form video advertisements.
- Ability to turn product features and customer insights into persuasive campaign messaging.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ad Library and competitor-research tools.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Freepik AI, Higgsfield, Midjourney, or Runway.
- Robust communication, presentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ownership of campaign outcomes and the ability to work across multiple client accounts.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must share a portfolio or case study containing:

- Paid advertising concepts or campaigns
- Static, video, reel, or UGC creative examples
- Creative briefs, hooks, or scripts
- Performance results or learnings, wherever available

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

Within the first 90 days, you should be able to independently develop creative strategies, prepare campaign briefs, create audience and messaging frameworks, analyze advertising performance, and recommend new creative iterations for assigned client accounts.
