Role Description The Performance Manager will oversee and optimize the performance of digital campaigns, internal processes, and team outputs to ensure alignment with client objectives and business targets. This full time, on-site role is based in Ludhiana and involves monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting performance goals, tracking results, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and development.

The Performance

Manager will coordinate training and guidance for team members, manage performance review cycles, support budgeting and resource allocation, and recommend improvements to workflows and strategies.



The role also includes communicating performance outcomes to leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
