Role Summary

Sourcing Connect Consulting is looking for an experienced Pega Integration Developer / Engineer to support a customer retention transformation initiative.

The resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integrations between the Pega platform and enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange, reliable system connectivity, and effective business process orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze integration requirements and participate in discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Design and develop integrations between Pega and internal/external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, messaging frameworks, and middleware technologies.
- Configure and develop Pega integration components, including Connectors, Services, Data Pages, Integration Rules, and related Pega components.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and development teams to define scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Develop and configure interfaces for secure and efficient data exchange between Pega and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support integration testing, deployment, release activities, and production stabilization.
- Analyze logs and integration failures and provide timely resolution for technical issues.
- Ensure integrations follow established development, security, performance, and coding standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, mapping documents, and support artifacts.




- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of overall IT experience, with solid hands-on experience in Pega development and integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Integration.
- Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Pega Connectors, Services, Data Pages and Integration Rules.
- Experience with enterprise application integration and middleware technologies.
- Good understanding of JSON, XML, API authentication and data mapping.
- Experience troubleshooting integration failures and production issues.
- Ability to work effectively with architects, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.

Good to Have

- Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or relevant Pega certification.
- Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub / Customer Service / Customer Retention initiatives.
- Exposure to messaging technologies and event-driven integrations.
- Experience working with cloud-based enterprise applications and APIs.
- Experience supporting production deployments and stabilization.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Pega Integration professional who can independently understand integration requirements, develop Pega-based interfaces, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced transformation environment.
