Role Description This is a part-time, remote Pediatrician role focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based care for children and adolescents within MantraCare’s virtual ecosystem. The Pediatrician will conduct telehealth consultations, assess patient history and symptoms, provide diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans for acute and chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising families on preventive care, growth and development, nutrition, and vaccinations; coordinating care for complex pediatric cases; and collaborating with other physicians and multidisciplinary professionals as needed.





The role also involves documenting visits in digital health records, contributing to care protocols, and leveraging MantraCare’s AI-supported tools to enhance clinical decision-making and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage common pediatric conditions and coordinate holistic care.
- Specialized skills in Pediatrics, including growth and development, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic childhood illnesses.
- Experience or training in Neonatology, with capability to address newborn and infant health concerns and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Comfort working with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative, team-based, and virtual care environment.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD or equivalent) with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics; valid medical license in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Prior telehealth or digital health experience preferred, with robust proficiency in using electronic health records and virtual care platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear, compassionate interaction with children, adolescents, and caregivers in diverse settings.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and culturally sensitive, non-discriminatory care.
