PAYROLL MANAGER

Role Summary

We are hiring a Payroll Manager to independently drive end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and MIS for an employee count of 800 (On roll, 3rd party roll and Casual staff) in a fast-paced logistics environment. Hands-on ‘ZingHR software experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities

● End-to-end payroll processing for Onroll, 3rd party & Casual employees

● Manage payroll operations on ZingHR software, including CTC updates and TimeSlab

● Handle attendance queries — including for 3rd party and casual staff

● Collate and process OT (Overtime) data

● Drive complete FnF (Full & Final) settlement process for exits

● Ensure HR statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)





● Prepare Monthly MIS reports and consolidate data for the Performance Management System (PMS)

● Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal HR/Finance stakeholders

Requirements

● Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field

● 8–10 years of payroll experience, preferably in Logistics/ service industry

● Mandatory hands-on experience with ‘ZingHR payroll software

● Solid knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks

● Proficiency in Excel/MIS reporting

● Experience managing multi-category workforce (Onroll, Contract, Casual)
