Job Summary
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for outsourced employees deployed at client locations such as AIIMS, Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre and Indian Space Research Organization. The role includes collecting attendance from clients, verifying employee records, processing salaries, ensuring statutory compliance, and raising invoices to the clients as per contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance Management
Collect monthly attendance sheets from clients such as AIIMS, Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, and Indian Space Research Organisation.
Verify attendance data with deployed staff and site supervisors.
Ensure accuracy of working days, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
- Payroll Processing
Process monthly payroll for outsourced employees based on verified attendance.
Calculate salary components including basic pay, allowances, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Generate salary sheets and ensure timely salary disbursement to employees.
- Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with accounts/HR team for timely filing and payment of statutory dues.
- Client Billing & Invoice Management
Prepare and raise monthly invoices to clients based on manpower deployed and approved attendance.
Ensure invoice accuracy as per contract terms and service agreements.
Maintain proper documentation for billing and client approvals.
- Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with client representatives for attendance approvals and invoice confirmations.
Work closely with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth payroll processing.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and attendance.
- Documentation & Reporting
Maintain payroll records, attendance registers, and statutory documentation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports related to payroll, manpower deployment, and billing status.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.
Additional certification in Payroll/HR operations will be an advantage.
Experience
2–6 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in manpower outsourcing or facility management companies*.
Experience in handling payroll for multiple client sites and large workforce.

Experience in handling payroll for government or PSU clients.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
