- High School or Technical Training (preferred)
- 1–3 years' experience in workshop / carpentry / pattern shop / manufacturing workplace
- Basic understanding of woodworking tools and materials
- Basic English communication
- Ability to follow instructions

- Support styrofoam or master pattern preparation activities.
- Pattern mounting and dismounting operations

- Pattern storage, stacking, and organization in designated racks
