We are looking for energetic Parent Relationship Officers to support our admissions team by generating quality leads through field marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities Conduct field marketing activities in apartments, gated communities, parks, malls, and residential areas.
Generate quality admission leads by collecting contact details of prospective parents.
Organize and participate in weekend promotional events.
Represent the school professionally during outreach activities.
Upload collected leads accurately into the CRM/portal.
Maintain daily activity records and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with the admissions team to support lead conversion.
Explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, and unique offerings to prospective parents.
Address basic admission-related queries.
Build trust with families through a qualified and customer-focused approach.
Eligibility Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and outgoing personality.
Ability to engage with parents and build strong relationships.

Willingness to work extensively in the field.
Basic computer knowledge for CRM and portal updates.
Work Schedule 6-day work week.
