Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and compassionate Paediatrician to join our healthcare team in Aligarh. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children and adolescents, including OPD consultations and management of paediatric cases requiring NICU and PICU support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular paediatric OPD consultations and diagnose common and complex childhood illnesses.
- Provide appropriate treatment and follow-up care for infants, children and adolescents.
- Handle paediatric emergencies and critically ill patients in coordination with the NICU/PICU team.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of NICU and PICU protocols and patient management.
- Monitor neonates and critically ill paediatric patients and identify cases requiring escalation of care.
- Manage common neonatal and paediatric conditions, infections, respiratory problems, nutritional issues and other childhood illnesses.
- Counsel parents and caregivers regarding treatment, medication, nutrition, vaccination and preventive healthcare.




- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and applicable medical guidelines.
- Participate in emergency duties, rounds and other clinical responsibilities as required.

Candidate Requirements
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DCH in Paediatrics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge/experience in NICU, PICU and Paediatric OPD is essential.
- Good clinical judgement and ability to handle emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach towards children and their parents.
- Willingness to work in Aligarh.

Significant Location RequirementCandidates should preferably be from outside Aligarh and be willing to relocate/work in Aligarh. Candidates currently residing in Aligarh may not be preferred for this position.
