Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Support the selection and development of bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, caps, cartons, labels, and pouches for current products.
- Coordinate packaging samples, prototypes, specifications, testing, and timelines with vendors.
- Assist with packaging validation, including drop, leakage, compression, closure/torque, pump/spray, label adhesion, carton strength, compatibility, and barcode tests.
- Record test results, observations, photographs, and corrective actions.
- Support the investigation and resolution of packaging issues such as leakage, breakage, label lifting, and component failures.
- Identify and coordinate with packaging vendors; collect quotations, MOQs, lead times, mould charges, and production details, and prepare comparison sheets.
- Assist with packaging costing, purchase order documentation, and delivery follow-ups.
- Coordinate artwork, dielines, proofs,



and master samples while checking basic product, barcode, MRP, and print details.
- Maintain packaging specifications, sample records, vendor databases, quotation comparisons, test reports, artwork approvals, NPD trackers, and purchase order/delivery records.
- Coordinate with NPD, Marketing, Design, Quality, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams, and highlight delays or potential risks.
