- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain explicit records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
