Summary

In the role of Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This includes overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solutions remain reliable, perform efficiently, and comply with both business requirements and vendor limitations.

Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to align technical efforts with organizational goals and evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for DELMIA Manufacturing users.

Support MBOM, Routing, Work Instructions, and PPR activities.

Analyze incidents, perform RCA, and resolve user issues.

Create and follow up Service Requests (SRs) with Dassault Syst mes.





Support NC Programming and NC Simulation activities.

Validate machine, process, and configuration changes.

Support DELMIA integrations with NCSimul, TDM, and IMS.

Coordinate deployment validation across DEV, QAL and PROD.

Work with macro developers to test and validate solutions.

Create user stories, test cases, and functional documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.

Gather and analyze manufacturing business requirements. Create and maintain MBOM, Routing, and Process Plans.

Define and manage Product, Process & Resource (PPR) structures.

Create and validate Work Instructions.

Perform functional testing, UAT, and solution validation.

Provide functional support and incident resolution.

Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and fixes.

Conduct user training, KT sessions, and documentation.

Support change management and process improvements.

Ensure adherence to manufacturing and PLM best practices.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 year full time education is required.
- Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Team player and work closely with other peers.
