Megamind offers end-to-end support, from career counseling and university selection to applications, scholarship guidance, and SOP/LOR editing.

The company also provides test preparation guidance for IELTS, TOEFL, and SAT, along with visa assistance, pre-departure support, accommodation guidance, and education loan advisory. Role Description The Overseas Education Counsellor will work full time on-site at the Megamind office in Defence Colony, providing guidance to students seeking international education opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing academic profiles, and recommending suitable countries, universities, and programs. The role involves assisting students with application processes, scholarship options, SOP and LOR guidance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submissions.

The counsellor will provide information on test requirements such as IELTS, TOEFL, and SAT,



and support students through the visa process, pre-departure briefings, and accommodation-related queries. The position requires maintaining accurate student records, following up with leads, and contributing to seminars or information sessions as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Educational Consulting and Education-related knowledge, particularly in overseas study options and university systems.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners on suitable academic and career pathways.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain complex processes simply.
- Candidates should preferably have prior experience in overseas education counseling, admissions, or related academic advisory roles.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for documentation and follow-up.
- Candidates should show a student-centric approach, cultural sensitivity, and a high level of professional integrity.
