Role Description The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Palooda outlet in Cannanore in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service.

The Outlet

Manager monitors inventory, coordinates ordering and stock rotation, and maintains hygiene and safety standards in line with company policies. The role also involves handling customer queries, resolving service issues, managing cash and basic financial reporting,



and implementing promotional activities to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.

Manager collaborates closely with senior management to meet performance targets and uphold Palooda’s brand standards.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Demonstrated People Management abilities, including team supervision, training, and performance feedback.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Practical experience in Inventory Management, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
- Experience in café, restaurant, or retail outlet management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by outlet operations.
- Basic understanding of cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven ability to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling standards.
