Role Description The Outside Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for driving business growth through direct client engagement. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and visiting potential and existing customers, presenting House Construct’s services, and developing tailored proposals that align with client needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal project and design teams, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to execution.

The specialist will provide ongoing follow-up and support,



maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, and participate in local marketing or promotional events to expand brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Account Management skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and close deals.
- Experience in Field Service and Customer Service to manage on-site visits, address client questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ability to deliver Training or product/service demonstrations to clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads and maintain documentation.
