Role Description The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a Theobroma outlet in Tamil Nadu, India in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules and performance, ensuring consistent product quality and presentation, and delivering excellent customer service in line with brand standards.

The Outlet

Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply and production teams, and implement processes to minimize waste and stock-outs.



Additional responsibilities include handling customer feedback, managing cash and billing procedures, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and driving sales targets and outlet profitability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive guest experience and handle feedback effectively.
- Candidates should possess People Management and Communication skills to lead teams, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock, plan ordering, and maintain optimal product availability.
- Experience in food & beverage retail, QSR, or hospitality operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by outlet operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
