Role Description The Organizational Psychologist will support Sentier Wellness clients by designing and implementing workplace mental health and wellbeing initiatives. This contract, on-site role based in Chennai involves conducting job analyses, assessing team dynamics, and applying psychological frameworks to improve organizational culture, performance, and resilience. This is NOT a full-time job, we are looking for freelancers or consultants, our job involves 1 visit a month to our clients office.

Psychologist have to take responsibilities include administering and interpreting psychological assessments, delivering training and development programs(if necessary).



The role also includes preparing reports and recommendations based on data collected from wellbeing assessments and workshops, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance employee support programs.

The Organizational

Psychologist may occasionally facilitate group sessions, workshops, and crisis response interventions in line with client needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundations in Psychology, with applied knowledge in organizational or industrial psychology.
- Candidates should possess Job Analysis and Analytical Skills to examine roles, workflows, and organizational structures.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Training & Development to design and deliver workshops, interventions, and learning programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Organizational/Industrial Psychology.
- Experience working with corporate or industrial clients on wellbeing, culture, or performance-related initiatives.
- Robust communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work inclusively with diverse employee groups and leadership teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and adhere to ethical standards in psychological practice.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating in a multidisciplinary, data-informed environment.
