Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and strong problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Design, develop, and test applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts and SQL.
- Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in data migration and conversion.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security and role-based access control.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based in Noida.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
