- Experience: 4+ years in Oracle Fusion OTL
- Implementation: Minimum 2 OTL Fusion implementations
- Strong expertise in OTL setups & Quick Formulas
- Hands-on experience with Time Entry, Time Calculation & Absence Management
- Experience integrating attendance/timekeeping systems with Oracle OTL
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
- Experience with UAT, regression testing, solution design & end-user training
⭐ Nice to have: OTBI / BI Publisher experience and Oracle Fusion certification/training.
