- Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of Oracle Talent Management: Goals and Performance, Talent Profile, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define talent processes — goal cascading, performance calibration, 9-box talent/performance grids, career and development plans, and succession slates.
- Run fit-gap workshops, produce functional design documents, and configure Talent Management in line with client-specific workforce structures and policies.
- Advise on and pilot Oracle's AI Agent and generative AI capabilities within HCM Cloud to enhance talent processes — e.g., skills-based talent matching, AI-assisted goal drafting, and succession recommendations — including governance and change management for adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams on Talent-related data conversion (HCM Data Loader), extracts, integrations, security, and reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher).
- Own SIT/UAT test planning and execution, cutover planning, and hyper care support for the Talent Management workstream.
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the Talent domain, mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with the broader Oracle HCM Cloud program team.
- Support change management and end-user enablement for Talent Management processes, including training materials and communication.

- Experience with at least three major HCM modules including Oracle Talent Management as must and other 2 from - Global HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Compensation.
- Experience in global HR processes, HR operations, and compliance.
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Quick Formulas OTBI, Dashboards.
- Familiarity with role-based security, workforce structures, and global and local HR configuration.
- Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Experience leading large HR transformation programs across global organizations.
- Working knowledge of AI Agents and generative AI capabilities within Oracle HCM Cloud, and the ability to advise clients on practical adoption.
- Exposure to Oracle's Redwood user experience within Talent Management modules
- Desired skills : Deep expertise across Oracle Talent Management modules including Goals and Performance Management, Talent Profiles, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, with a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
