Job Title: Oracle ERP/HCM Security Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP/HCM Security Administrator to manage and support Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM security, reporting, and data access requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Security, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), SQL, and Data Models, along with hands-on experience in creating and maintaining reports within Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Security Administration

- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM security roles, data roles, and security profiles.
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, segregation of duties (SoD), and access controls.
- Perform security audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and user access requests.

Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Create and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates.
- Design and develop data models for reporting and analytics requirements.
- Build operational, analytical, and management reports across Oracle ERP and HCM modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.

Technical Responsibilities

- Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Support report migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, report optimization,



and performance improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and reporting standards.

Required Skills

Mandatory

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Security Administration.
- Solid hands-on experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
- Experience in BI Publisher (BIP) report development.
- Expertise in creating reports within Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
- Expertise in creating reports within Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Data Models for BI Publisher reports.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Security architecture, roles, privileges, data roles, and security profiles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Absence Management
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Understanding of audit, compliance, and governance requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM certifications are an added advantage.
