- Experience Required: 5 - 10 years overall (Minimum 3 - 5 years hands-on Oracle EPBCS)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle EPBCS experience. The consultant will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing Oracle EPBCS applications. The role involves production support, incident resolution, business process enhancements, application administration, month-end and forecast cycle support and collaboration with business users and Oracle support teams. Experience in issue management, root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EPBCS applications.
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital (CapEx) Planning and Financial Reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, reports, Smart View and data integrations.
- Perform metadata maintenance, hierarchy updates and security administration.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Develop and implement minor enhancements, change requests and process optimizations.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for product-related issues and SR management.
- Support monthly Oracle patch assessments and regression testing activities.
- Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles.




- Work closely with Oracle Fusion ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, HCM and integration teams to support planning and reporting requirements.
- Participate in enhancement requests, process improvements and optimization initiatives.
