Oracle ERP Technical Lead – Offshore Remote (anywhere in India)

Position Summary

RGP is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with 10–15 years of experience delivering Oracle technical solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), data migration, integration architecture, customizations, extensions, reporting, and Oracle upgrade and cloud migration programs. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong technical leadership, solution design, and hands-on implementation experience.

The detailed experience includes

- Developing, managing, and monitoring technical stream project work plans.
- Leading technical high-level and detailed Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions (RICE) design – include leading current state assessments, requirements gathering workshops, future state design workshops, and gap-fit analysis.
- Developing inventory of RICE, estimating effort to complete for each RICE object, assigning work effort to developers, monitoring, and report development progress.
- Lead CRP technical RICE objects Unit, SIT and UAT test cycles.
- Lead cutover, go-live and stabilization and optimization post go-live.

This individual will have direct experience and knowledge to serve as Oracle ERP technical team lead with ability to build offshore delivery capabilities, mentor consultants, engage directly with clients, and contribute to practice growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle ERP technical implementations, upgrades, support, and optimization projects from the offshore delivery center.
- Lead technical workstreams for Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
- Design, build, and support enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Serve as technical RICE leader across complex landscapes involving Oracle and third-party applications.
- Design and execute end-to-end data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Develop customizations, extensions, REST/SOAP services, APIs,



and technical solutions following Oracle best practices.
- Develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and SQL/PLSQL technologies.
- Provide technical leadership during Oracle EBS upgrades and Oracle Cloud migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Support client workshops, solution demonstrations, estimations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership across Oracle ERP pillar and modules.
- Design and develop integrations between Financials and Procurement, Projects, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, HCM, Treasury, and third-party applications.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-production stabilization.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing technical lead during workshops, solution reviews, CRPs, UAT, and executive presentations.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of direct experience implementing Oracle ERP and similar Oracle technical consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- At least 2 end to end lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience integrating Financials with SCM, Procurement, Projects, HCM, and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent middleware.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM integrations including FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS), EDM, and enterprise data migration.
- Bilingual in English

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience working as Oracle ERP functional offshore lead working with onshore customer and onshore consulting teams.
- Oracle ERP certifications.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, consulting, and leadership skills.

- Oracle Cloud certifications (Integration Cloud OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Integration Architecture, Data Migration, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, OTBI)
- Hands on knowledge developing RICE objects including customizations & extensions, OCI Integration Services, SOA Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, and other enterprise integration platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP with EPM, HCM, SCM, CRM, and third-party SaaS applications
- Additional Skills - Client Relationship Management, Practice Development, Revenue Growth & Mentoring

- Successful delivery of technical workstreams for Oracle ERP projects.
- Highly proven as a leader with enterprise integration programs using multiple middleware and integration technologies.
- Solid expertise in Oracle data migration methodologies and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP technical stack including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, Interfaces, APIs, and Concurrent Programs.
- Experience with Oracle ERP extensibility, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Visual Builder is highly desirable.
- Experience developing customizations, extensions, reports, and interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, and migration programs.
- Demonstrated record of developing and delivering quality integrations and data migration and technical engagement outcomes.
- On-time delivery of customizations and reporting solutions.
- Successfully delivered Oracle ERP implementations, upgrade, and migration initiatives.
- Strong client satisfaction and contribution to business growth.
